Koloman Moser was a central figure in turn-of-the-century Viennese modernism, working across painting, graphic design, furniture, textiles, stained glass, and stage design. A founding member of the Vienna Secession in 1897, he co-founded the Wiener Werkstätte with Josef Hoffmann in 1903, an enterprise that sought to unite fine and applied arts under rigorous design principles.
