Delphin Enjolras was a French painter known for intimate domestic interiors and softly lit portraits of women, typically rendered in pastel, watercolor, and oil. Born in Coucouron in the Ardèche, he studied under Léon Bonnat at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris and exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français beginning in the 1890s.
