Pierre Bonnard — French, 1867–1947 — Post-Impressionism / Les Nabis
Pierre Bonnard was a French painter and printmaker whose work bridges late Impressionism and modernism. A founding member of Les Nabis in the 1890s alongside Édouard Vuillard and Maurice Denis, he absorbed the group's interest in Japanese prints, decorative pattern, and the flattened picture plane.
